This Corn Dip recipe has been passed around our Bunco Group, my Left, Right, Center Group and is by far one of the most requested recipes that I have.
You will love how easy this recipe is and it only takes minutes to make!
- 3 large cans Shoepeg Corn- Drained
- 4 oz. Shredded Parmesan
- 4 oz. Shredded Swiss Cheese
- 1 bunch Green Onions- chopped
- 1-Cup Mayonnaise
Directions: In large bowl combine drained corn, mayonnaise, shredded Parmesan and shredded Swiss cheese. Add in chopped onions and mix all ingredients together and let sit in refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
Serve with Tostitos Scoops or Fritos Scoops.
